The BSA is an assessment process that enables a board to establish a common understanding of its roles and responsibilities as well as discover critical areas for improvement. A BoardSource consultant can analyze and interpret the results of the assessment and apply the data when planning and facilitating board retreats for participating organizations.
- Governance Review. To encourage exceptional governance and protect you against risk, BoardSource can work with you to develop a governance review process that will help your staff exercise due diligence in vetting your company’s prospective nonprofit partners and grantees.

BoardSource governance consultants are prepared to help educate your board in all of these areas and can present any of our standard training workshops in-person or as Webinars.
