Just as their children approach graduation from Children's House Montessori School, the four founding board members of the school decide they should expand Children's House to include older children. Not only will expansion suit their own needs, but it will meet the needs of a community with few options for elementary education. The other board members, who do not have children at the school, are apprehensive about changing the mission and expanding their nonprofit organization. Who has the right idea?
