Don't Be Afraid To Ask for Help
If your board is having problems or is in a rut, think about bringing in outside help. As an objective party, trained governance consultants can provide valuable insight. Consultants offer fresh perspectives and can serve as a neutral facilitator to resolve conflict between board members. Consider inviting one in to help your board strengthen its performance.
