Brian H.  Vogel 

Brian H. Vogel is a senior principal with Quatt Associates, Inc., a Washington, DC-based management consulting firm specializing in nonprofit compensation, performance management, organization development, and strategic planning. Mr. Vogel’s practice includes the design of staff and executive compensation and performance systems, and their review under the Intermediate Sanctions regulations and other legal requirements. He also works extensively in strategic planning.

Mr. Vogel is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School.
